In this edition of the “STEM School Spotlight,” we hear from Richard Knoeppel, who teaches Architectural Design at Advanced Technologies Academy (A-Tech) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Richard was named 2019 Nevada Teacher of the Year and works on several local and state-level initiatives to advance STEM and CTE in Nevada.

BuildNV is an 80-hour program adhering to NCCER curriculum and is designed to provide training for workers in construction, building maintenance, related trades, and career technical education.
